GalagaGuy Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Winning a Game 7 with 9 shots on goal has to be a first. Quote
lordstanley Posted 1 hour ago Author Posted 1 hour ago Habs win. Leafs’ closest geographical rival Buffalo and Leafs’ closest historical rival Montreal show how to win a playoff series Quote

It’s funny because Montreal was inept on offense but even with more shots Tampa didn’t have a ton of great chances. The Lightning all seemed to want to take it into the zone solo Quote
Mr.TaterSalad Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago So Montreal has a ROOKIE goaltender starting and winning a Game 7 playoff game. Meanwhile, our GM thinks so little of the goalie he drafted 4 years ago that he keeps Talbot on the roster over him. Why even draft Cossa? Just cut him if you think that little of him and admit he's a bust and that Talbot is a supreme being. Quote
lordstanley Posted 1 hour ago Author Posted 1 hour ago They filled the lower AND upper bowls of the Bell Centre for the watch party today. Quote

lordstanley Posted 1 hour ago Author Posted 1 hour ago Schedule is out. Sabres-Habs is probably the only 2nd round NHL series I’ll watch. Good news is that’s it’s alternating nights with the Pistons all the way through Quote

If you’re at home and think you’re the better team, you can’t let it come down to a bad break, bounce or call. Quote

THAT first round pick? the moral of the story is not "why is our GM not playing our first round goalie," but rather "why is our GM trading up in the first round FOR A GOALIE?" Quote
