He's playing for Moncton in the Quebec league and went 16-0 in the regular season and 6-0 in the playoffs with .930+ save %. Watch him surpass Augustine and Cossa because that's how sports works Maybe for goalies they should move the draft age from 18 to 21. They're such wildcards. Quote

You should have dignified your answer with a fact. Quote

slothfacekilla Posted Friday at 04:37 PM Author Posted Friday at 04:37 PM Comparing Danielson and Kasper's Griffins stints is a tough one for me. Kasper didn't really get an offseason going into that year and obviously started slow. But he also had the advantage of playing against men already in Sweden plus the Griffins team around him was much better. I think he played with Berggren mostly who is a very good AHL player. Danielson was on a much worse team and was basically asked to be their best player (top line center, pk and pp). Having Watson as your main winger is a tough ask and they didn't really have a defender good at breaking the puck out, they really missed Johansson and Edvinsson back there. So it is tough for me to say who was "better" but I think they both had pretty solid seasons respectively. Quote

slothfacekilla Posted Friday at 07:23 PM Author Posted Friday at 07:23 PM fwiw I recalled you making the post during the playoffs (it was disappointing overall for the team honestly) so I got what you meant. I just figured I'd give a take / non-take about the Kasper/Danielson stuff since cruzer had touched on it and I'm really bored today. Quote
