buddha Posted March 5 Posted March 5 very quietly, amadeus lombardi is having a point per game season in the AHL. Quote
lordstanley Posted March 8 Posted March 8 So the 2019 pick of Soderblom can be considered a success for a 6th rounder. Played almost 100 games in the NHL for the Wings in parts of three season and then was traded for a 3rd that was a piece in the trade for a top 4 defenseman. Only six other 6th rounders from that draft (and three 5th rounders and eleven 4th rounders) made the NHL at all, only one of whom has played more NHL games than Elmer. 1 1 Quote
lordstanley Posted March 9 Posted March 9 LOLegionnaires? No, that's not our Major Junior team, which is the Sarnia Sting. It's a Junior B team but has a long history going back decades with a fair bit of success. Not sure what brought them to this state. 0-50-0. https://www.ctvnews.ca/london/article/sarnia-legionnaires-lose-final-game-to-finish-season-with-0-50-record-in-gohl/ Quote
slothfacekilla Posted March 9 Author Posted March 9 It is honestly impressive to not luck your way into one win Quote
slothfacekilla Posted March 9 Author Posted March 9 I think with the game last night MBN's contract can no longer slide so hopefully he's up from the AHL permanently Quote

slothfacekilla Posted March 19 Author Posted March 19 Nice to have two players on the list. I'd like both of them to sign their ELC after the tournament but I could see Plante staying in college to play with his brother(s?) more. You have to imagine Augustine signs after MSU signed that top prospect goalie for next season. Quote
slothfacekilla Posted 19 hours ago Author Posted 19 hours ago Seems like Cossa is in a late season slump again, two goals tonight he probably should have had and he's given up a bunch the last few games. Quote

Augustine just let in 3 goals with less than 6 minutes to go. The last one in OT was a bad one. MSU is done. Will be interested to see what the Wings plan to do. I can’t see them signing him right away but maybe. Quote
1984Echoes Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago Don't they have to sign Augustine this summer or he's a free agent? Quote

Nope, they would have his rights through next season as well. As long as he's NCAA eligible. I imagine he signs with the Wings now though because MSU had another high profile goalie prospect sign with them for next season. Quote
1984Echoes Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago Nest summer (if he stays with MSU...) Thanks! Quote
