Speaking of American Woman. Lenny Kravitz is the whitest black person I know this side of Wayne Brady.  How can a black guitarist have such little soul?  Was never a fan of his.

Just as an aside, I was wondering why the Dodgers Phillies 5 game series has three off days and I asked Google AI and it stridently told me I was mistaken and there is only one off day the entire series and that they’re actually playing a game today when they are not.

I sure don’t want Google AI driving my car, planning our economy, and deciding where to send troops.

The Bananas’ schtick is designed to appeal to an audience that doesn’t particularly care for or about baseball.

My wife loves the Bananas, wants to go to a game. I told her “have fun”. She said, “you don’t want to go, you love baseball!”. I told her, that is not baseball.

I can appreciate the Globtrotters. It takes talent to dribble, dunk, and hit 3 pointers from the opposite out of bounds line like that.

it doesn’t take talent to hit a 50 mph pitch over the plate, or throw out someone running 3/4 speed down the line. Now they are going to start a whole league around the concept. Just not for me.

In case you want to find something fun to do before the game google the name, Mark Sanchez with the additional information Fox Sports and Indianapolis and see what comes up. It’s entertaining.

We went to Cooperstown 2 years ago this week. In one of the clothing shops in they had a Savannah Bananas shirt. My wife knew of them. I had no idea. She seemed surprised. I feel vindicated.  Not my thing.  I appreciate talent but that kind or thing bores me quickly. “I get it”. Like watching someone juggle for more than 3 minutes.

Twitter Grok gave me false information twice. When I corrected it's mistake, it told me "I stand corrected." And gave me more incorrect info. When I again questioned it, it actually said "you caught me again." AI is not always correct.

My understanding is that Grok tends to be better than a lot of other AI systems. A friend of mine uses Grok to research philosophical issues and if you take it halfway toward the answer you’re looking for it works a lot better than if you straight up ask a question.

True, but if you have some extra money not doing anything, there are some really good buys on AI stocks.

Tough weekend so far for Seattle sports fans. Seahawks, playing just down the street from T-Mobile Park, gave up 10 points in final 68 seconds to lose to Tampa on a FG as time expired.

Regarding the schedules. They started doing 4 games on the first day of the LDS then they alternate leagues to skip a day for game 2. That staggers things so that there will be games on Monday instead of off days for both, and guarantees games on Wednesday in the event or 4 sweeps.  Last year the ALDS started on Saturday, didn’t play again until Monday, like the NLDS this year.

A Lions game used up all my likes for the day. For some reason, I don't get many. 😆

As a moderator I get unlimited likes. And I easily like 20+ posts a day.
