Deleterious Posted 17 hours ago Author Posted 17 hours ago Pelicans win their 5th game in a row last night. Quote
buddha Posted 16 hours ago Posted 16 hours ago as long as you have a draft, you will have tanking. the purpose of the draft is to distribute the best young talent to struggling organizations. it still does that. Quote
buddha Posted 16 hours ago Posted 16 hours ago i dont mind the idea that a team cant win the lottery two years in a row. or cant be top 4ish two years in a row. Quote
Deleterious Posted 16 hours ago Author Posted 16 hours ago Every consecutive year you are in the lottery, you lose 3 draft spots. First year in the lottery, you draft wherever the lottery puts you. Second consecutive year, you get assigned a draft slot by the lottery, then subtract 3 places. 3rd consecutive year in the lottery, subtract 6 spots, 9 spots, etc. 1 Quote
