IdahoBert Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago Gleyber Torres singles on a ground ball to center fielder Brenton Doyle. Parker Meadows scores. Javier Báez scores. Quote
IdahoBert Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago Meadows ran fast enough down the line to avoid a double play and then he stole second base. And he ends up scoring. Quote

I will say for NCAA Tournament graphics to help a friend last week, GPT won over Gemini. Claude and CoPilot conscientiously objected to using trademarked material. Quote
gehringer_2 Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago Petzold's prediction today was that Mize would be the guy to fall out of the rotation, I'd put my money on Flaherty. I know everyone loves his peripherals. but I'm not persuaded the ability of his outcomes to lag his peripherals isn't more than just bad luck. Quote

IdahoBert Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago Dingler doubles then Meadows doubles him in. At least our guys are putting some wood on the ball. Quote

IdahoBert Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago Flaherty pulled after 81 pitches and starting to look like he was getting in the groove. “He’s working on things…” Got in 4.2 innings. Quote

gehringer_2 Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago (edited) Rockies return the defensive favor by throwing out a Tiger I never heard of at the plate. It was a hit for McGonigle though. Tork getting his warning track power swing down pat tonight....🙄 Edited 8 hours ago by gehringer_2 Quote

gehringer_2 Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago according to gameday, the first pitch to McK was almost middle-middle, was called a ball, but not appealed. Did the burn their challenges? Quote

He played in 20 spring games for the Tigers and two games against the Dominican Republic national team and played generally crisp defense. They didn’t send him to play in the spring breakout games for minor league prospects. I wouldn’t be surprised if he played more games than a lot of the regulars. The fan base is profoundly excited about him and he is only going to get better by facing major league competition not minor league competition. Not putting him on the 26-man roster at this point would be pretty much an admission that the club really doesn’t believe in its philosophy. If he doesn’t make the team, I will be so pissed I’ll go on a six-state crime spree a robbin’ and a shootin’ and dying in a hail of bullets as a way of expressing my dissatisfaction. 1 Quote
