Deleterious Posted June 24 Posted June 24 Why are they interviewing the largest humans on earth while sitting on the smallest couch on earth? 1 Quote

Betrayer Posted June 24 Posted June 24 Thank you, Memphis. I appreciate you taking that bullet for us. Quote
Hongbit Posted June 24 Posted June 24 Darn, I really liked Stirtz. They should keep drafting shooters until they land one that can stick. Quote

Betrayer Posted June 24 Posted June 24 Sounds like they swapped picks. OKC moves up one spot for 2 seconds. Quote
Deleterious Posted June 24 Posted June 24 Shams didn't have the entire trade it seems like OKC and Memphis are swapping 17 and 16 Quote

buddha Posted June 24 Posted June 24 you wondered who morez johnson is going to guard, who the hell is okorie going to guard! Quote

Betrayer Posted June 24 Posted June 24 (edited) In that case, I guess Trajan got his man. On a team that desperately needs 3-and-D players, with Carr still on the board, you move up to get a guy who would probably be there at 21. Pretty clear that what I assumed was true. The cost to get Murphy included this year's pick and Trajan fell in love with his draft board. Edited June 24 by Betrayer Quote
Betrayer Posted June 24 Posted June 24 Also hilarious that they found a way to go to commercial after what turned out to be our pick...again. Quote
NYLion Posted June 24 Posted June 24 Taking a little guard wasn't at the top of my list but I know a lot of people liked him so what do I know. Quote
Deleterious Posted June 24 Posted June 24 (edited) Never saw the kid play. But a 6'1" guard isn't encouraging. Edited June 24 by Deleterious 1 Quote

Betrayer Posted June 24 Posted June 24 Okorie is an on-ball player. I just don't see why you move up to get a small lead guard when Cade is your high usage on-ball superstar. We moved up in the draft to get a bench PG who will only be featured for about 10 minutes per game when there were shooting wings who could have replaced Robinson? Or are we leaning in to JB's pet lineup where he sat Ausar for Schroeder/Jenkins the last two years? I don't hate Okorie because I don't know a ton about him, I just dislike picking him when there are guys like Carr or even Evans still on the board. Quote
