Deleterious Posted June 23 Author Posted June 23 Not terrible for a guy that will give you 15 a game and shoot 40% from three. Not a terrible defender either. Quote
Deleterious Posted June 23 Author Posted June 23 So assuming Miami keeps Powell in free agency, their starting lineup is: Mitchell, Powell, Wiggins, Giannis, Bam. That isn't terrible, just not sure if it puts them in contention. Quote
Deleterious Posted June 23 Author Posted June 23 What does Boston do with Brown now? He seems like one of those guys that would hold a grudge and want out after being mentioned in trade talks. 1 Quote

Powell 38% and Wiggins was 41%. Bam shot 31% but 35% the two previous seasons. If he can get back to that then they have 4 shooters around Giannis, which is exactly what you want. They also still should have the MLE to spend on more shooters. Portis came along in the trade, and he shot 45% from three last year and 39% for his career. They have Fontechio's Bird rights to bring him back if they want. Maybe target Coby White with the MLE or break it up into multiple guys like Kennard. 1 Quote

Atlanta creeps in if they could move #8 for Murphy. Quote
Deleterious Posted June 23 Author Posted June 23 ESPN cranking up new trade drama already. They said Ant has been frustrated in Minnesota since the KAT trade and could be the next star on the trade market. Seems like Jalen Brown might beat him to the punch. Quote

True enough but that's where the billions are, nothing else really matters. Quote

Deleterious Posted June 24 Author Posted June 24 Nobody is asking the real question after the Giannis trade. Does Miami have the cap space to add the rest of the Antetokounmpo family? 1 Quote
Deleterious Posted June 24 Author Posted June 24 He shot 25% from three and played zero defense in this years playoffs. Quote
Deleterious Posted June 24 Author Posted June 24 She was an executive director, so she probably made good money. You can buy those trash cans in those exact colors for $168. Quote
Betrayer Posted June 24 Posted June 24 I'm glad they paid Reeves. Now we can watch the Lakers flame out in the playoffs every year behind Luka and Reeves playing zero defense. Quote
Deleterious Posted June 24 Author Posted June 24 I wonder how open he is to that. A farewell tour with the Cavs might appeal to him. Quote

With those two you basically need Victor and the Thompson twins as your other three starters. 1 Quote
