  1. It reminds me a bit about the story Howard Stern told about one of his first jobs. He was a horrible jock then. Management made him program director because he showed up on time every day. Not exactly great credentials for a management position. What was Jordan's pre political history? Assistant wrestling coach? Once again not exactly major leadership material
  2. Just proving once again that Jordan, Trump and most of the party is nothing but hot air.
  3. Another damning statement from the Trump Party
  4. https://www.cnbc.com/2023/10/18/trump-truth-social-promotes-biden-campaign-account.html Former President Donald Trump’s social media platform is promoting President Joe Biden’s campaign account on its site. As of Wednesday, Biden’s campaign had more followers than Trump’s campaign on Truth Social. Biden’s campaign joined Truth Social on Monday, with a post saying, “Well. Let’s see how this goes. Converts welcome!”
  5. Didn't the Party's Godfather recently say that Republicans eat their young
  6. John Boehner called him a legislative terrorist. I think Jordon was dropped on his head several times when he was a wrestler.
  7. My wife has been neutral on the Lions for years. She had some dealings with the organization in from 2000 to about 2005. She caught a few episodes of Hard Knocks last. DC won her over along with Sheila.
  8. Finally some truth from the Party of Insurrection
  9. This makes sense to me...
  10. Not MLB related but MiLB. Diamond Baseball Holding has increased their stable of minor league teams. Adding Norfolk (AAA) and Albuquerque (AAA) to the 20 plus teams under their ownership. Evidently front offices and affiliate relationships will not be affected.
  11. Matt Labash © 10h • Slack Tide by Matt Labash The two big stories of the day, Jim Jordan and Hamas, collide. Consider the similarities: You can't negotiate with either. Neither are capable of governing. Both are willing to blame others when they blow up their own side.
  12. More dribble drabble from the party that champions no responsibility. Just like their Fearless Leader
  13. He don't have the votes
  14. You'd expect a politician who wants to be a party leader would be at least competent at counting votes
  15. McCarthy just voted for Jordon. Could be significant for round 2
  16. They'll blame the Democrats. They always do
  17. Jefferies may have set a record for Speaker votes without being elected
