One more question about the Home Plate Club tickets, I'm seeing on line they're basically season or partial season ticket packages only, so you're looking at basically corporate ticket holders. BTW I'm watching the Miami/Pittsburgh game on MLBTV, the similar padded seats behind home plate are pretty empty.

I'm probably an outlier as far a buying tickets but one of m criteria when buying seats in my price range is looking for sections that are not too crowded. There's nothing I hate worse is to have to stand up several times during a game to let "fans" in or out of rows. I came to enjoy the game and not be distracted by musical chairs during the game, and it's super annoying when it's done during the inning. I'm not the least bothered by the "optics" on TV, it's less annoying than to see some "fan" on his/her phone trying to show off because they're on TV No get off my lawn

I had a couple of cousins that had routes. Way too much work for what they got. They were mostly afternoon routes, so every day after school, collect, fold and deliver papers 7 days a week. Then you had to find a substitute if you were going on vacation, or had a ballgame or whatever. Where I lived when I was old enough to do something like that there weren't enough homes nearby to make it worth while. But then by the time I was 12 or 13 there were a few lawns to cut (usually $3 per). Come summer my dad hid his own business so I got drug out with him early in the morning to do yard work or something in the garden center.
