Some of best friends are cat people. You can leave them for several days with a clean litter box, food and water and they'll be surprised that you came back. Unlike trying to find a sitter for a dog when you go on vacation (I have a dog, have had cats in the past)

These are the same congregants who criticize "liberal" ministers who preach on the Beatitudes. To me the Sermon on the Mount is the basis of what should be Christianity. Now Christianity has become a political force, not what was ever intended by the guy they are supposed to be worshiping, at least according to what I learned in Sunday School. To be clear I'm not critiquing Christian faith, my beef is with those who don't practice what they preach.
