The strategy of rope-a-dope isn't going to work if the opposition has nuclear weapons. The key to strategy is figuring out the rules of the game you are playing now. Not in the 1970s or 80s but now. If the stories about the ineptitude about social media are true we may be doomed. Mayor/Secretary Pete is another who knows how the game is played. He might have to be the WWII version of the USS Enterprise of this phase of the struggle.
