I missed the game last night I watch the highlight version. There was a dust-up early. I guess an Angels player struck out and Skubal got fired up and he didn't like it. But the play before, was that when Tim Anderson did a sac bunt? Let me guess. Tim Anderson laid down the bunt and then celebrated and trash-talked back to the bench, didn't he? Because every time he get a base hit he acts like he won the world series. So Skubal merely did the same thing. I know Anderson is behind this crap. Can't stand him. Doing your job doesn't mean you get to celebrate it.

I don't even care about the Trout/Miggy comparisons. I just find it incredibly sad that a guy who was destined to be one of the top 3 or 4 players of all time has broken down so young. Heck, is there something with the ground they're playing on in Anaheim? Is it like playing on the Silverdome astroturf, ,which was a shag rug on a slap of concrete? Seems like a lot of Angel players have a lot of leg injuries. It sucks. There doesn't seem to be anything unlikable about Mike Trout, other than he is the hitter that burned your pitcher -- back in the day.

Haven't heard anything about The New Pornographers since their drummer got busted for child porn a few weeks ago. I would imagine a name change is a must. I know they named themselves after some 60's movie, but they can't continue under that name, but they've been pretty quiet. There was a band out of Detroit called Mac Saturn. They were about to release an album in January 2024. It was really good. These guys were like the Black Crowes with a extra dash of funk. They had a fantastic single called Mint Julep. ON THE DAY of their album release, their keyboard player got busted by the FBI for child porn. Pretty much ended the band right there. There have been accusations of other bad behavior - but not to they keyboardist's level. I don't know what to do with Arcade Fire. Their main guy, Win Butler, was accused of inappropriate behavior with younger women, but I think they were of legal age. But that was over 3 years ago and nothing really came of it. They have a new album and I wonder if they have a great radio song on the album, what's going to happen if we play it on the air in liberal Ann Arbor. I'm a liberal too, but if we start dropping bands and artist over bad behavior, there's going to be nobody left to play.
