Happy for Saleh. I think he was actually doing a decent job with the Jets (they were 4-3 with an awful QB last year at this time - a QB he didn't want?). Everyone knows he got backstabbed by Rodgers and everyone knew that would happen the second they signed Rodgers. The Jets and Panthers are great examples of how dumb it is to throw a rookie QB into a horrible team with little support. Daniels in DC has a decent supporting cast. Stroud in Houston had a good team in place (with the right coach). Darnold is showing that now too. Unless you have a really good team, the rookie QB needs to watch and learn. I think Hendon Hooker has a better chance at being a decent NFL QB than Bryce Young does now. It likely won't be as a Lion, but the Lions can end up making a trade and drafting another young QB to watch and learn from Goff.
