    Campbell has essentially replaced Barnes, Ownuzurike has quietly played well, and Melifonwu could be back. Arnold is better than what Sutton was at the end of the last year.

    I think Caleb Williams may be worse than Justin Fields. This guy needs some serious coaching.

    Good news is that the Bears are still bad and should be a very winnable game.

    Onwuzurike has 30 pressures and 3 sacks on the season. He was a high second round pick drafted ahead of McNeil. He is in the final year of his contract. McNeil isn't going to be healthy by the start of next season. This is his opportunity to step up and earn a second contract.

    Who would have thought that in a season where over a dozen players are on IR, Levi Onwuzurike would not be one of them and would be a starter?

    Montgomery needs surgery and is done for the season. Glasgow had an injury but is just sore. They are going to start the clock on Melifonwu. Raekstraw is close.

    Gibbs actually has more carries than Montgomery and you can split Montgomery's carries between Gibbs, Reynolds and Vaki. Gibbs will be fine for the play action. He's like Barry Sanders in the sense that he's a homerun hitter regardless of if he's having a good game or not.

    The upside is, if this causes them not to make it to the Super Bowl, Ben Johnson may return for unfinished business much to the chagrin of TP.

    They have Gibbs, a good healthy OL, and some quality backup. This is one injury they could afford to weather.

    Seems like only Rappaport is reporting an MCL tear for Montgomery. Others are saying sprain.

    What's funny is Buffalo has given up 86 points over two games, and they have been anointed Super Bowl favorites, and the Lions season is over because of defensive injuries.

    I think they could weather the Montgomery injury. They have Gibbs, and I would like to see Vaki get involved in his absence. You also hate to think about it, but this could be the beginning of the end for Montgomery. A lot of times when RBs start getting serious knee injuries in their late 20s, it's usually downhill from there.

    Four players lost for the season in one game, and three of them were really good.

    I don't even know how you get a broken jaw in a football game without a brawl. The injuries are just comical at this point.
