Guessing the 2023 class was weighed down, literally, by Brodric Martin.

The size and athleticism from Manu is impressive. He's really coming into a great situation. The Lions already have two very good tackles and they have one of the best offensive line coaches in the league. If there ever was a place where a lineman can reach his potential, it's the Lions.

I remember the anti war protests on my campus. It was mostly people yelling "Bush keeps lying, soldiers keep dying." Some kids laid out on the sidewalks with fake blood like they were dead bodies. They never took over sections of the university, never blocked and harassed kids going to class, never singled out Arabs or any ethnicity, and had the utmost respect for the soldiers who went to Iraq. They wanted to be different than the Vietnam protestors.

They want to be seen but cover their faces.

I would consider trading McNeil to the Rams for a couple 1's.

Yeah I'm glad the Lions went with the football guy who had years of scouting in his background. Analytics just doesn't give you an eye for talent.

Something that is rarely used but I think would be worth using with McNeil is the transition tag. It essentially makes him a restricted free agent and allows the Lions to match any offer sheet. Let him test the market and if it gets out of hand let him walk.

This is what makes the NBA insufferable. It is by far the most diva of the four major sports leagues.

I simply don't know what the Vikings plan is. They have almost no picks next year. I mean literally they just have a 1 and a 5 next year. That's it. Is this team all in or rebuilding? They let Hunter and Cousins walk, but then made big signings for Greenard. They still have to pay Jefferson. I guess that's how they can recoup picks. Kwesi has been a pretty poor drafter. I wonder how long he survives?

They did experiment with Malcolm Rodriguez at fullback. I think Vaki is going to challenge for RB3, kick returner, and special teams ace but I could see him getting defensive reps if they need them.

I would consider trading Goff for Stafford and two 1's.

Yeah Rams fans don't like that. Apparently Stafford refused to restructure his contract to help the Rams with the cap. he restructured multiple times with the Lions. I bet it's Kelly who wants the money guaranteed.

The scuttlebutt on the Rams forum is that Goff is asking for the same money as Herbert. Not sure what their source is. I'm assuming local sources. Herbert signed for 5/262 so 4/210 would be about right for Goff. Probably 100+ guaranteed.

There's really no coincidence these protests are happening in an election year like the George Floyd protests in 2020. It's also not a coincidence that these campus protests intensified 6 months after the Hamas attack when Trump's trial started.

I think 4/200 is the floor. Hurts, Burrow, Herbert, Jackson all signed 5 year deals for 250+. Goff is older than those QBs so I think it will be a 4 year deal.
