I think you see it in baseball with the Gold Glove. Torii Hunter won Gold Gloves due to his athletic plays in CF. Austin Jackson infamously never dove but was always in the right place at the right time because he always got a good read on the ball. Same with mobile and pocket QBs. A QB like Jackson who rushes for 10 yards is viewed more favorably than a QB who checks into the right play and throws for 10 yards.

They needed a blocked FG to beat a Rams team who hasn’t beaten anyone, and they almost blew it against Tampa. I mean if we are going to say the Lions were sloppy on a 24 point win and solid after hanging 52, do the same with the Eagles.
