From mlbtraderumors: TODAY: Mize has a sprained MCL, Tigers manager A.J. Hinch told reporters (including Chris McCosky of The Detroit News and Evan Petzold of The Detroit Free Press). Mize will undergo more tests on Monday but did say that his arm was already feeling better today. Pineda has been scratched from tomorrow’s Triple-A start and is expected to pitch for the Tigers during their upcoming series (Apri 19-21) against the Yankees.

Meadows, Baddoo and Grossman are all left fielders. Meadows should probably DH. This is what we have to start the season. Hopefully Greene is better and good enough for center or right field.

Gibby was talking about that yesterday. He thought it was good for the young players to get an early start this year but the more established guys probably don't need more than 25 games or so.

Miggy sees him. Just missed a HR on his first AB then a loud HR on his second AB. I don't think Miggy is ready to hand over the DH spot yet.

Looks like a win for the Tigers. Hopefully it works out well for both parties. Meadows did some DH duty, does Miggy hand over his batting gloves? It was a good offseason. They look pretty well set up for the next two or three years+.
