    illinois roads are better but still suck. its the weather and the politicians' refusal to pay for road repair instead of sending money to their favorite construction companies and pension payments. it was fun to be back in detroit and see some new stuff that wasnt there before. plus people in detroit are just nicer than people in chicago.

    you sure showed me. illinois has more problems than it knows what to do with. we should be bankrupt. well, we ARE bankrupt and just cover it up with financial tricks and more loans. but michigan's roads suck.

    LCA impressions: really nice arena. we lucked into kids night so they had a bunch of stuff for my 7 year old to do. i couldnt find a hockey puck to buy, which sucked. the prices didnt seem that high for concessions (not that they were low). sight lines were fine and the big screens help to see the corners. it was a nice time (even if the tickets cost a car payment).

    we drove to detroit last weekend and the first thing you notice when you get into michigan is how bad the roads are.

    of course! like how kennedy was a scheming conniver who only retired because trump promised to elevate his former clerk kavanaugh, but breyer is an honest selfless public servant who retired and - oh what a coincidence - his former clerk was elevated to his position.

    the okc tanking is so ridiculous.

    the more games we move to streaming the better. the picture is much better and the you can watch it again without bothering to record it. its much better than cable/satellite tv. espn+ for hockey is awesome. the nfl on amazon will be too once it gets there.

    we have peacock for the english league games and the rugby. cant miss my six nations.

    listening to this game on white sox radio and the post game on chicaho sports radio was really fun. a meltdown culminated by javy baez beating the sox made them so mad. it was great.
