    there were multiple rule changes approved. lets see how they play out before declaring they are all stupid because rob manfred is teh stupidest.

    the primary driver was to bring back the stolen base and speed back into the game. again, to put action and athleticism back into the game and try to incentivize teams to move away from the "three true outcomes" baseball that has made it largely a boring, stationary, drawn out affair.

    an "entertaining possibility" that almost never ever happens. i bet you were on the edge of your seat during every intentional walk. lol. come on.

    the ibb rule change is very good. the "botched" ibb almost never ever ever happens. and it simply wastes time. this was a good rule change. the dumbest rule change continues to be starting a runner at second base in extra innings. all the rest of the rule changes are fine. someday y'all will get over your manfred hate and agree that some - SOME - of these changes make good sense in a changing world. or at least give them a chance.

    ragnow and kraemer both did not practice today. lions looking at major injuries on the oline already. against a team with a good interior dline. hopefully precautionary for ragnow.

    its zero. those other conferences will get one team and the big ten/sec will get the 8. the money difference will continue to grow. and eventually the sec/big ten will break away and form their own competition. maybe they'll call it "the champions league?"
