I agree. I also think we should take some time and enjoy this though. Best team in the North by what feels like a fairly wide margin, probably the youngest very good team in the NFL, and not only a legitimate Super Bowl threat, but also a threat to make this success sustainable. Even when the Lions were good in recent past years, it felt like it was talent they had lucked into (Stafford, Calvin, and Suh), surrounded by band aids and patchwork. This feels like a real team. And the Packers are 2-5.

With that error, the Diamondbacks are virtually guaranteed to score at least one in the bottom of the 9th. That's just baseball.

I feel for Rangers fans after what happened in 2011. They deserve one.

Instead of Pats assistants, they should hire Senior Defensive Assistants with head coaching experience from the Eagles..... Would be a shame if an NFC team hired a head coach from that position.......

Ultimately, while Holmes has not been perfect, he hasn’t given us reason to doubt him. He’s masterfully turned complete garbage into gold in just over two years. I would rather us stand pat than add the wrong piece, and if that’s the way he saw it, so be it. I do think we are still good enough to beat any team on any given Sunday.

Herbert is plagued by bad coaching. I think he could be among the Burrow/Allen/Mahomes discussion if he was setup for success better.

At the end of the day 6-2 is 6-2. No complaining about that. I would love to see it all come together like it did down the stretch last year. Let's play our best football when it counts the most.

At the end of the day a win is a win. This sure felt like one that should have been 42-10 or so though. I sure would like to see what this team could really do. What’s our A-game? What does mistake free football look like from this squad? I think we saw a glimpse against the Packers, I want more of THAT. You can get away with doing turning the ball over three times against the Raiders. You can’t against the Seahawks, Cowboys, Niners, or Eagles. Ben Johnson isn’t one to get scorn from me often. I think he’s doing a good job in the position of professional scapegoat. Some of those calls were puzzling though. I’m not sure why we are getting cute against the Raiders on 2nd and 1 in the red zone when they can’t stop the run up the middle. We don’t need to empty the play book here, just make them stop you. Lets get healthy and get ready for LA.

I’m not one to bitch about play calling but what are we doing. Stop getting cute, move the damn ball.

I want to see the injury report but I’m not as confident as I as a couple days ago if we’ll be missing ASB and three linemen. I still think our defense will bounce back in a big way, but I’m not as convinced in the offense.
