I'll admit I'm not the smartest about this stuff but it's my understanding they've been doing this since the great recession, non-stop. They could have stopped for quite a while and never did. Is there a cumulative effect? I feel like the Bidenbucks are like pittance compared to what the fed has been doing.

I don't think it's wrong to intentionally select a black woman because she's a black woman. I think it's way more wrong one has (oftentimes intentionally) never been selected before.

What skill does it take to be a scotus? Come up with the ruling you want and write a story to fake like you care about jurisprudence, boom done. Nominate Harris if that solves 2 problems they think they have. We got mfs on this board that can do that shit and do all the time. Won't be buying stories that scotus doesn't do this because I wasn't born yesterday

If the media isn't biased we will hear a flood of takes about Cocaine Mitch now reaping what he sowed with getting rid of filibuster on SCOTUS. I mean we were flooded with it for the Dems when it's only a theoretical possibility, this is it happening.
