Her Health Director does have the power to do so however, and thus far have not. Really I don't think they have in 2021 at all. There have been some departures from the health department that have seemed weird.

It would be nice if that's how the CJ system worked, but why should he get that when there are thousands of others also incarcerated with mental illness?
