  1. I can't sit around thinking of all the ways we can blow this. I know my post is premature and I know what team we're talking about as I told Randy earlier. But we just have to win this after that big turnover and holding the Vikes to only a FG.
  2. BALLGAME. WE'RE GONNA WIN THE ****ING DIVISION BABY! LET'S MOTHER ****ING GO!!!!!!!
  3. Alright, good to see Minnesota imploding late with a dumb penalty.
  4. JALEN WHO??? Gibbs has really come around this second half of the season and looks soooooo good. 10 TDs on the season now for Gibbs.
  5. Gibbs stuttered around there but made guys miss to get a big first down.
  6. Big first down there. This is just the type of long, clock eating drive we needed. Now go and score!
  7. Screw you refs, St. Brown will go get the first down in spite of you.
  8. Nice stop by Aaron Glenn's D on 3rd and 8.
  9. Every chance it does and they kick a walk off field goal. You know what team it is your a fan of here.
  10. WOW!!! We spent YEARS with great special teams and terrible teams under Jason Hanson and Matt Prater. Now we have a good team end terrible special teams play.
  11. St. Brown to Goff is when our offense is set its best. Touchdown Lions.
  12. Those are brutal mistakes that a veteran QB can't make twice like that.
  13. Damn, thought Gibbs was about to break one there. Great move though to get the first.
  14. The good thing is I don't think this front office is as arrogant as previous regimes were when it comes to keeping their own players. Martin Mayhew and Tom Lewand assured us, to the point that we didn't need to bother drafting Aaron Donald, that everything was fine between the Lions and Suh and that he would resign here. He of course walked after his first contract and we got nothing but a comp pick in return for a first round talent. I don't see Holmes, Agnew, Dorsey, or Spielman having the same level of arrogance that Mayhew and Lewand did around resigning Suh, so I do feel more comfortable now. I bought into organization's (Mayhew's) spin at the time that everything was fine and that Suh would be resigned. I don't think we have to worry about resigning our own top-tier players this time around because we have competent leadership in the front office for the first time ever.
  15. I love all of the state's rights people coming out against the Colorado Supreme Court decision to keep Trump off the ballot. Like freedom, it's always important to them until it applies to someone else. State's rights . . . until it applies to Donald Trump.
  16. I don't know if Falcons HC Arthur Smith, GM Terry Fontenot, Owner Arthur Blank or a combination of the three men decided on drafting Ridder and Pitts instead of taking Justin Fields. If Smith had no decision in that, which I find highly unlikely, then he shouldn't be fired and the GM should be on the hot seat instead. If Arthur Blank forced Ridder on both men then he's a moron. If both the GM and HC decided on him then I think both deserve to be on the hot seat. I think the Falcons have the making of a good offense with Robinson, London, Pitts as weapons to go to. If they had a real QB to throw the ball to them or run the offense I think they could be a threat, especially in that garbage fire of a division.
  17. Who do we want to play and not want to play in the first round of the playoffs, assuming we aren't the #1 seed? Tampa Bay is the team I'd probably like for the Lions to play and Seattle is the team I wouldn't want to play.
  18. Valenti giving daps to the Lions to start the show. Interesting stat he just referenced. The league leader in rushes of over 20 yards or more is our guy Jahmyr Gibbs with 12 rushes over 20 yards or more. He is ahead of McCaffery, Lamar, Barkley and all of the other top RBs in rushes over 20 yards or more.
  19. For Frank Ragnow to have had surgery and then come back in only a week's time shows what a tough SOB he really is. This offensive line being fully healthy truly makes all the difference in the world for how Goff plays, how this offense operates as a whole, and what Ben Johnson feels comfortable dialing up. You could see play call wise that a fully healthy oline really opened up the playbook and allowed them to run it more effectively and spread the ball around more as well to different targets and deeper downfield.
