Everything is fine. It was determined that it was all Aubrey Pleasant's fault.
I'm sorry, sarcasm aside, but I don't think this defense has really markedly improved since Pleasant was fired. We still have no pass rush, we're in the bottom of the league with sacks and pressures, and our secondary still has gaps in coverage. Part of this falls on the personnel that the front office gave this coaching staff. Not addressing the front 4, acquiring no one at the trade deadline, etc. However, this coaching staff, Aaron Glenn in particular, shoulder some of this blame as well. Something seems wrong schematically as well.
