Very well. This has been the best case scenario of Holmes has a block of defensive players with first round grades and wants one of them.

Jim Costa just said on the Ticket that Penix is going to be 28 when Cousins contract expires. LOL!

Isn't one of the appeals of having a rookie QB having that rookie salary grade? By paying Cousins AND drafting Penix they are losing out on the benefit of a QB on a rookie contract. This seems like a dumb pick by the Falcons.

DAAAAMMMNNNN, the Falcons selected Penix Jr after paying Cousins. This dude is going to be 30 before he takes over as starter. Did not see that one coming. That pushes another solid player towards the Lions.

BTW, downtown Detroit looks great. When you don't show the Ilitches empty buildings and half built District Detroit you can really make downtown Detroit shine.

Brad damn near gets penalized he runs that card up so fast. I think they should have Dan Skipper and Taylor Decker both come up to read the Lions pick this year.

They had a few there but not nearly enough for how packed it is. I'm going home at 6 to watch the draft from my couch.

Downtown is packed and it's been a really incredible sight to see today. It's great to this many people, of all NFL fanbases getting along with one another and having a great time. The weather is solid, there is no political BS, everyone hates the Cowboys and Jerry Jones. What a great day for the city!
