Hard to predict a win when they lost to a team that shot 33% from the field.

Combine that with the #5 pick from two years ago unable to get off the bench. Plus, LeVert and Robinson not looking that hot. You might have a GM problem.

Looked at ticket prices on Stubhub. Pretty much every ticket in the 200 level is under $70 for tomorrow. Both ends are mostly in the high $50's.

I have gone over this before. But not moving Harris is one of the biggest blunders Langdon has made since taking over. The Pistons are expected to operate as a team over the cap this summer. That means when Harris becomes a free agent this summer his $25 million will come off the books, but it won't create a single penny of new cap space. So they get a hole to fill without adding any resources to fill it because they are still over the cap. People will say bring Harris back, but with his performance in the playoffs I don't think that is a very attractive option now. They really needed to move him for a player that had a deal that extended out past this summer. Or a guy who would be a free agent this summer they wanted back and could use his Bird rights to do so. That is how you manage a roster and the salary cap. But the decided against all that so Harris could vibe and shoot 14% from three in the playoffs. Sweet.

I see a lot of wrong info posted about Duren and what his max contract could/will look like. So here is the info Coming off of his rookie deal he is eligible for a 25% max contract. That means year 1 of the deal is 25% of next seasons salary cap. If he makes all NBA this year he is then eligible for a 30% max contract. Eligible is the key word here. Being on the all NBA team does not make the 30% contract automatic. It just means instead of being eligible for a contract between 1% and 25% he is eligible for a deal between 1% and 30%. A team other than the Pistons can only offer him the 25% contract. Coming off of your rookie deal you can only get the 30% from the team that drafted you. Raises. The Pistons can offer 8% raises per year while other teams can only offer 5%. A players raise amount is based off of the 1st year of his contract, it does not go up as the contract progresses. Here are the three max contracts Duren can sign (assuming he makes all NBA) based on the projected $165 million salary cap next season.

Cade per/100 possessions is turning it over 19.9% of the time. Of the guys playing regular minutes, he isn't even the worst. Duren 24.1% Stewart 22.3% Huerter 22.2% LeVert 20%

Outside of Cade and Ausar, everyone should be on the trading block this summer.

I wonder if a team has ever won a series while shooting below 40% from the field. Orlando is currently shooting 38.7% from the field for the series. Two teams, the Lakers and Spurs, are shooting higher than that from three.

It won't shock anyone, but Detroit has the worst offensive rating in the playoffs at 100.3. For some context, Brooklyn was the worst in the regular season at 108.2. Detroit was 117.2

Pistons had 15 3PTA's last night where there was no defender within 6 feet of the shooter. They made 3 of them. Cade 1-5 Harris 0-3 Robinson 1-3 Green 0-2 Stewart 1-1 Jenkins 0-1 With no defender within 4-6 feet they shot 12 3PTA's and made 3. Cade 2-5 Harris 0-1 Robinson 0-3 Jenkins 0-2 Green 1-1 So combined, with no defender within 4 feet or more on 3PTA's they shot 6-27 or 22%.

Maybe its a blessing Langdon didn't make a trade. His big free agent acquisition played 25 minutes and scored 2 points last night.

I also said Detroit would sweep. So, ya know.

I would probably give Sasser minutes before Ron. They just held Orlando to 33% from the floor and didn't let them break 100. In today's game that is great defense. Ron pretty much only brings defense to the table. They need someone who can hit a shot. I don't like Sasser and think he is pretty bad. But Jenkins has been awful so giving Sasser some of his minutes won't hurt anything. Maybe he knocks in a couple of threes and loosens up the Magic defense a bit. Odds are Sasser will also be terrible. But give it a shot.

Cade had 2 points and 0 assists in the 4th quarter tonight.

Orlando shot 33% from the field and 26% from three and won the game.

BTW 8 blocks in 17 minutes for Stewart.

Stewart had two more blocks (8) than the team had made 3 pointers.
