Always a good day when Golden State loses.

How bad is Silver sweating about the possibility of a MIN-IND finals?

Just under 20% of the cap, so sounds about right. If he plays like he did the last half of the season, that might actually be a team friendly deal. Curious to see if he can get it without any teams having cap space he can use as leverage.

The Plight of the Steph-less Warriors

You have to give Carlisle and Indiana's defense a lot of credit. Cleveland was a fun team to watch this year. Tons of movement, cutting, and passing. Indiana turned them into an ISO heavy offense and made them play ugly basketball.

I thought Detroit might have a small shot at playing on Christmas day. But with the Lions playing on Christmas day now I doubt the NBA would do that.

Vecenie has Johni Broome at #35 in his latest mock. Might have to buy Bostons first rounder to get him but that is fine with me. I also see Vecenie has Wolf up to #15 going to OKC.

Can they bring in another guy who cant shoot?

Never understood why they went away from one of the most iconic names in TV.

People in OKC are serious about their T-Shirts.

I think I would pick Indiana over NYK.

Down go the Cavs.

That is some BS.

Boston would probably be willing to sell that #28 pick.

Less suspicious than 40+ people who would know about the fix completely shutting up about it.

And now we know how Miss Cleo made so much money.

And it begins

They are going to have a $450-$500 million payroll next year depending on if they keep their 1st round pick or not. And their star probably won't play a single game.

40 times isn't a large enough sample size for something that has 1,000 total combinations. Here is the actual drawing if anyone wants to view it. At the 11m32s mark you can see, just for a quick second, a sign that says "Fake moon landing stage."

I imagine CPI numbers are fairly legit. The formula to calculate it is public so a journalist with some hustle could get the data and plug it in to check. Plus, the Federal Reserve does its own inflation report and it usually tracks with the BLS numbers. It would be pretty hard to stack the Fed with yes men like a president could with the Labor Department. Unemployment numbers on the other hand, oh boy. I would trust the used car salesman at one of those finance anyone lots before I would trust unemployment numbers.
