  1. Grossman will be back today as well iirc, I doubt he'd be sitting.
  2. Elvin Rodriguez to Toledo, Wily Peralta called up per AJ
  3. Santana was the one who worried me... he hit a game winning homer in a save situation off Fulmer last year iirc
  4. Defense finally showed up for the 9th haha
  5. To paraphrase R. Lee Ermey, he's born again hard!
  6. Finally 😆
  7. Joe could stand to mix in an offspeed pitch here and there
  8. I dont know that Victor is a better player than Baddoo, and I dont know that Baddoo should be sent down, but there's no doubt Victor should be the one getting reps on center at the moment.
  9. AJ clearly must like Barnes... makes me nervous seeing him out there lol
  10. I hate to give it to Jack, but he had a point... Tork is the only one who has good ABs tonight against Keller
  11. At some point, they need to think about moving Tork up at least to the 6th spot
  12. Tork Bomb!!!!
  13. Can Robbie pinch run???
  14. Skubal pissed to be taken out...
  15. Not hard to imagine Tarik going one less inning in this game because of Harold lol
  16. Kreidler would have made that play.
  17. Candy ends an otherwise frustrating inning...
  18. Just bad defense... christ
  19. So, Mize is gonna have TJ?
  20. As much as the Hill injury sucks defensively, I'm still trying to figure out how you can put him in the lineup given his offense. At this moment, I can't say he's better offensively than any other OF they have on the 40 except Cameron.
  21. Grossman just about healthy, available off the bench per AJ
  22. Barnhart before Castro?
  23. Has Russia followed through on a single threat since this began?
  24. Biden is also the first President during Putin's reign who was willing to call him out for what he is. He is (and has been) truly Putin-skeptical, no doubt colored by his experience in the Obama administration and what may not have worked. And I believe what we are seeing now is why Putin worked so hard to prevent both Clinton and Biden from being elected. There are no "resets" or "saw into his soul" with this administration... Biden has been flawed as a President, but he has handled this situation about as well as anyone could have under the circumstances.
  25. It became a problem for many in 2000, which predates when it started truly favoring Rs, I believe. Either way, I'll repeat the refrain I often recite on this subject: if someone were designing a system of government from scratch today, they would never use this system; its a relic system that marginalizes the voices of everyone who doesn't live in the 6-8 states who are close to the tipping point. I am envious of all the Michiganders on the board who live in a state where the vote matters... unless oft-predicted changes in voting behaviors happen where I live, my vote will continue to be irrelevant. Thanks to this system
