  1. First Carp hits one off the fence at about 200 MPH and then he gets robbed of a HR by a heads up CF play.
  2. Another play I've never seen before. That's about 3 times this season already.
  3. Whew...great job, Mr. Changeup.
  4. For now.....bases juiced, 1 out. Holton poured gas on that fire.
  5. Remember when the Tigers BP was shut down? Yeah, not so much lately.
  6. He got the ground ball....
  7. Or a couple of quick outs.
  8. And those boos will quickly turn to cheers.
  9. Carp, Riley and Tork? Maybe a couple 20 HR guys too.
  10. Riley isnt clutch? Lol....
  11. 9 strikeouts but only 68 pitches thru 5 innings. 7 or 8 innings tonight?
  12. I don't mind JK Simmons or Jack White in the booth, talking Tiger baseball. I kinda enjoy them. But a NASCAR driver? No thanks...
  13. They have to give Daniella her nightly fluff pieces. But during the action? Skip the commercials if they want to talk about something that doesn't have anything to do with baseball.
  14. Guy is on TV because he drives in circles really fast? How impressive. 😏
  15. Tiger fan on Twitter calls him Alex Bedbug. 😅😅
  16. Yeah, it's not a small sample size. And we won't bring up Maeda's career numbers before he got here. 😏😏
  17. Great pitchers struggle in the 1st inning sometimes. The old expression is you better get to them early. Skubal is a great pitcher. 😆
  18. I guess so. Like a harder knuckle ball but with less movement. It just seems like major league hitters could time it up easier. But, he's usually pretty good.
  19. Whoever taught these guys to slide deserves a big raise.
  20. A couple of bad games against Texas too. I'm not totally sold on the 2025 Brieske. And I still don't understand how some pitcher can throw a change up 85% to 95% of the time. When I think change up, I think JV throwing 95 MPH fastballs followed up by an 82 MPH change up. The change of speeds fools the hitters. Throwing every pitch at 82 to 85 MPH is...batting practice
  21. They gave up multiple runs last night. But it doesn't matter if we win.
  22. And the Twins score 3 and take a late lead.
  23. Can he hit .100 with no power? If so, it's a wash replacing Jung.
  24. I always liked his blend of power and speed. The guy looks like an NFL linebacker or safety. All we need is for him to be hot for a week or 2. He has an .820 OPS in Toledo...
