  1. The Twins Buxton and Correa collided and both are in the MLB concussion protocol.
  2. I really don't see where he's a fit. Insurance in case of injury would be my only idea. Maybe a QB will go down in training camp, it's my only guess. Like you say, he would be a total distraction.
  3. The Orioles are SO bad, their announcers are calling for their ball boy to go to the All Star game. They're about to get swept in a 4 game series....at home.
  4. I've heard a lot of ex players, in every sport, say that knowing when to retire was their hardest decision. Their minds don't realize how much they've lost at an older age. Rodgers still had decent moments last season but his age really showed. I bet a team will sign him with the hopes that he has a little bit left. Even just to hold a clipboard and possibly be there in case of an injury.
  5. Full schedule;
  6. This says the Lions opened as the 1.5 favorite in GB; https://www.prideofdetroit.com/2025/5/14/24429402/detroit-lions-favorites-season-opener-packers-week-1-gambling-odds-2025
  7. Yeah, OK. Lions by 20. 🤣🤣
  8. Gain a game on both KC and Cleveland. Productive day...
  9. And Houston wins it.
  10. I watched 3 different walkoffs this morning from Tuesday games. Cubs, Houston and San Diego. They all used water, powder and bubble gum.
  11. Yeah, it happens. That's why I like this day off, perfect time to rest those arms. Toronto plays tomorrow. 😆
  12. Houston takes a late lead on KC. 8th inning.
  13. Yeah, I read the hit % was close but a bit less. I'm sure neither stat is static, it must move a little bit in either direction. And sometimes, when they show or tell a stat on TV, they're wrong.
  14. The BP really needs the off day to reset. Like I said, winning masks the ugly. Blowing leads in back to back games is a horrible sign that shouldn't be ignored just because we won. Last night, a late 2 run HR to tie it and then a 2 run HR in extra innings. Tonight, multiple hits off of Holton to tie the game. It's not sustainable.
  15. Searching it and either it was a small sample size or an isolated number outlier. The closest I can find is about 37% of the time, a leadoff walk scores.
  16. Jeff Daniels needs a new version of Tiger Fan Blues.
  17. I saw a stat last year about leadoff walks scoring. It was a crazy high amount...somewhere near 65% of leadoff walks score.
  18. Boston fans... Meltdown in Beantown.
  19. Hinch pushes the right button!!
  20. Man at 3rd, no outs and....ugh.
  21. Please walk it off....Javy?
