Great pitchers struggle in the 1st inning sometimes. The old expression is you better get to them early. Skubal is a great pitcher. 😆

I guess so. Like a harder knuckle ball but with less movement. It just seems like major league hitters could time it up easier. But, he's usually pretty good.
