Yeah, 1972 was aging stars that Billy Martin kicked in the butt to win. That year was kind of a surprise. But nothing like this. We fell into the trap of an artifical playoff race. Exciting but there's too many playoff teams.

Andy Dirks would be much better at post-game interviews than Johnny Kane. Intelligent questions instead of stupid giggling.

Jake is pretty cool. Not the best hitter but he comes up with some good hits at times. Not the fastest runner but there's never a question if he hustles or not. And....I remember the time he slapped Skubal. Lol

Gotta admit...Jason is pretty good in a playoff race. Keeping us updated on out of town scores. And last night? He said something really funny..not his exact words but the best I remember; Watching the Tigers is a bit like sitting in the passenger seat of a car and the driver is tailgating.
