The throw was coming from first though. I can't imagine that being an issue. The only real issue I see is it greatly increasing the odds of the catcher getting run into.

Looking at the schedule for the end of September, 6 of the last 12 are against Cleveland. Yikes!

I know you can't block the plate, but can't Rodgers stay behind the plate and let the ball come to him? Seems that would have allowed him a better chance of making the tag in time.

I don't get how Kahnle can get away with throwing change ups all the time. Isn't the whole point of a change up that it's supposed to fool the batter into thinking it's a fast ball? If the batter knows it's coming, eventually they're going to tee off on one.

College football is doomed if they don't get NIL figured out. If I was in charge, there would basically be a salary cap for each school and a limit on how much of that could go to a single player.

My biggest worry comes from the fear of injuries. I don't care if they go 10-7 and have to go on the road for all of their playoff games, just let them be healthy for the run.

I wouldn't stop at just getting rid of the penny, ditch the nickel and dime as well. The quarter is the only coin that matters and people won't even notice rounding up or down to the nearest quarter dollar when they pay with cash.

A quick Google search tells me that your average iPhone factory worker in China is making around $2.90 an hour. Sure would like to see one of Trump's lackeys be asked how you move production to the USA without significantly raising prices for consumers.

In this age of starters going 6 innings, I just can't see any pitcher being worth 40 million a year and I certainly don't see the Tigers paying Skubal that kind of money. I think he ends up In New York, Boston or Chicago.

The bullpen is a problem and there's no way I give Skubal a 400 million dollar contract.

I have no love for the Pacers but I have to root for them not only because the Knicks knocked out the Pistons but because Brunson is easily the most annoying player in the league.
