If you're actually interested in finding the answer to your question, all you have to do is scroll back a bit and you'll find people freaking out because 8 convicted criminals were being deported to South Sudan because their home countries refused to take them. Not my job to do your homework.

Well when people are defending literally every person who is deported, one can only come to the conclusion that they wish for all immigration laws to be abolished. Personally, I don't care if a convicted murderer or child rapist was sent to South Sudan because their home country refused to take them but many of you are even defending those people.

People such as yourself are looking at half the evidence and then ignoring the important details on the other side of things that go a long way towards actually understanding what took place. Aside from the fact this happened 6 years ago, the dude was using a bogus tourist visa that identified him as having been born in Mexico. The data says that the large majority of illegal immigrants come from Mexico and South America. Now I have a question for you. That being the case, where do you think the large majority of people being rounded up in these operations are going to be from?

None of this happens if the kids mother doesn't fraudulently obtain a Visa that contains false information for the kid.

See, now I know you're just looking for a reason to be outraged and aren't interested in the facts of the case. The dude was traveling on a tourist visa that said he was born in Mexico. To top it off, both documents had different names on them. So law enforcement is just supposed to ignore all of that and let the kid go? Go ahead and paint whatever narrative you want, but given the facts, along with the article saying that a girl with no documentation wasn't detained, your narrative doesn't hold water.
