Just saw a slowed down video. They had already disarmed the guy and an agent literally has the gun in his hand, leaving the scene, when the shots were fired.
I've seen the video and tried to figure out what's going on but it's just impossible to tell from the one video being widely circulated. There is a woman in pink on the other side of the altercation who is filming so her video would certainly show more details.
