I would imagine they'd post the job - interview candidates both within & without the organization - but I would not be surprised to see Deuce Staley get the chance.

I think Deuce "gets" Dan Campbell.  Not just the hard-nosed, run the ball, bite a knee cap guy, but the encourager - the positive force.

If its internal its gonna be Ben Johnson the TE coach. He coordinated the passing game when Campbell took over. For the dolphins he also coached QBs and WR so he has experience in other offensive areas.

If they go outside the organization, I would look at Ronald Curry of the Saints. A lot of overlap with the Campbell.

Also one of the greatest high school athletes of all time.     He predated internet recruiting sites but he was arguably #1 in the nation in football and basketball as a Senior.

Goff had one of the highest QB ratings in the NFL when Campbell was calling plays. Don't mess with a good thing. Promote Ben Johnson and let Campbell continue to call plays. If Campbell needs to give up play calling duties, I'm sure Johnson can handle it.
