For the 16 games he played in January, Cade averaged 27.6 PPG 8.4 APG and 5.8 RPG.

I can't search specific months, but I can search by 16 games to see if another Pistons player has ever had a month/span like Cade just hade.

I used 27/8/5 as the cutoff and at 16 games Cade is the only one to do it.

Same for 15 games.

At 14 games Zeke has a run in 1983 where he went for 27.6/9.4/5.1.

I wonder what Hill's best stretch was, felt like there was a time where he was getting triple doubles once or twice a week. Don't think he ever put up that type of scoring though, feels like he was more in the mid to low 20s when he was at his best.

Just looking at a few of his years and like I thought he had the rebounds and assists but didn't hit the scoring part. In January of 00 he did hit the scoring part going 28.8 but only had 5 boards and 5 assists.

His best 16 game streak appears to be 24.1 ppg 8.3 apg and 10.6 rpg.  Pretty damn good.  But it was over 2 seasons.  End of the 1996-97 season and start of the 1997-1998 season.

i dont get to watch the pistons very much so it was nice to see them beat an undermanned bulls team.  no lavine doesnt leave the bulls much talent to work with.

cade looks like he's not even trying hard.  i KNOW he's not trying hard on defense.  does he play that bad on defense every night?  no rotation, doesnt stop the ball, doesnt box out.  he's becoming luka every day!  now he just needs to vape and eat hamburgers every night.

duren and stewart are a nice combination.  he got abused outside by vucevic, but vuc was hot.  duren played him well in the paint.  stewart's hustle and screens are nice to see.  bulls announcers complained about his screens all night.

ausar and holland bring hustle and little else, but that's ok right now.  let cade cook.

cant trade beasley if they want to make the playoffs.

what's the point of marcus sasser?  lonzo would be a huge upgrade for the pistons.  how about sasser and a second?  the bulls are trying to lose so that should be enough.

the bulls are so bad that the post game show spent 5 minutes talking about a couple wnba players.

its always nice to hear stacey king have to stfu when they lose to detroit.

theyre paying patrick williams 18 million a year not to try hard.  vuc is nice but he's so overpaid they cant move him.  same with lavine.

now you see why giddey for caruso was such a bad trade?  giddey plays no defense and cant spread the floor.  caruso was hurt too much but he really helpes them because he would play the D that lavine didnt and could be an occasional floor spacer.  winning player versus a lazy losing player.  and they didnt even get a pick out of it.  and now giddey walks this offseason for nothing.

they gush about ayo all the time but he's basically a 7th or 8th man on a good team.  good return for a 2nd round pick, but not a needle mover.

coby white is too small to play the 2, cant move his feet to play the 1 on d, and cant handle the ball well enough to play the 1.  he's probably marcus sasser's ceiling, but he waa a lottery pick for chicago.

buzelis has to put on weight.  he's already better than patrick williams.

that franchise is screwed.  well, until the league gives them a top 3 pick this year.  they already owe a pick to san antonio for the derozan trade.  its why they have to tank this year to keep it.

Cade is concentrating on offense this season.

i get that, but a LITTLE hustle would be nice.

i assume he hustles a lot more in games against good teams.  or when those games are in doubt.  this bulls team is...not that team.

pistons play them back to back woth both games in chicago.  weird scheduling.

tobias harris still sucks, i see.  nothing changes there.  serviceable player if he was making $3 or $4 milliom, i guess.  maybe they move his deal next year for a star?

heck, maybe luka might be available?

He will bear down on defense now and then.  Mostly his on ball defense is bad.  His help defense has been solid though, he rotates well and is good for a help side block now and then.  Nothing special though.
