IdahoBert Posted March 26, 2025 Posted March 26, 2025 The ump has a pitcher’s strike zone. Hope this courtesy is extended to our rookie. Quote
IdahoBert Posted March 26, 2025 Posted March 26, 2025 Jobe with a 6-pitch 1st. K’d Adames on a 4-seam fb, a cutter, and a curve. Quote
IdahoBert Posted March 26, 2025 Posted March 26, 2025 Chapman with a check swing single to end the no-no. Quote
IdahoBert Posted March 26, 2025 Posted March 26, 2025 So far for Jobe, 2Ks and some easy fly outs after two innings. Quote
IdahoBert Posted March 26, 2025 Posted March 26, 2025 The giants new cityconnects. So stop complaining. Quote

He's still goes into 'here it is, hit it mode' and he's not quite JV or Tarik Skubal yet. Edited March 26, 2025 by gehringer_2 Quote

gehringer_2 Posted March 26, 2025 Posted March 26, 2025 Javy just got the dreaded line drive almost right at him but survived. Quote
IdahoBert Posted March 26, 2025 Posted March 26, 2025 Baez with another nonchalant Willie Mays-like catch in center to end the third. Quote
IdahoBert Posted March 26, 2025 Posted March 26, 2025 Another annoying Mic’d up inning so I switch again to the radio audio feed. Quote

It’s the kind of thing I don’t normally pay attention to, but I’m paying close attention to Jobe. Quote
IdahoBert Posted March 26, 2025 Posted March 26, 2025 Baez is a magnet for balls to be directly hit at him tonight. Quote

Mize replaces Jobe to get a little work. I think the question with Jobe remains command/concentration. The stuff is great but like any pitcher he can't get behind with non-competitive pitches. IdahoBert Posted March 26, 2025 Posted March 26, 2025 Mize in after Jobe’s 68-pitch 5-K performance. And he Ks his first batter then yields a 2-bagger. Quote
gehringer_2 Posted March 26, 2025 Posted March 26, 2025 (edited) Casey shrugs off the double. I like this new found composure. Edited March 26, 2025 by gehringer_2 1 Quote
