That happened once, but I think line-ups were more stable back then than they are today.  Hinch almost never uses the same line-up twice.

He uses a LH-RH switch depending on the opposing pitcher but basically the same order at the top of the lineup for the everyday players. Surprised he moved Riley to cleanup today.
