I saw in the car write-up that they are narrowing tires by an inch. Seems like an interesting decision. Maybe it’s a match to the weight reduction? Quote

If they can limit the turbulence coming off the car, they hope this will allow for closer racing and more passing. The tire narrowing is something they hope will help. Quote
