In the 1960s when I was growing up, a 15–6 win/loss record on the back of a baseball card looked damn good. I hope he wins his 15th game. In reality, I’d be happy if the Tigers just won full stop, but 15–6 has a symmetry to it that I find nostalgically pleasing. I agree, it's reminiscent of Mike Mussina, Ron Darling, Jon Lester, Whitey Ford-esque. The backs of their baseball cards are like a sonata to me. Quote
