IdahoBert Posted June 2 Posted June 2 So through four innings, the pitch count is high for Jack, but he’s allowed no runs and struck out six. This is the point where nobody should sit with him in the dugout and act like he’s pitching a no hitter or something. He’s at 75 pitches and this is the point where he usually unravels. Quote

monkeytargets39 Posted June 3 Posted June 3 We are in uncharted 2026 territory with Flaherty. What do I do with my hands? Quote
IdahoBert Posted June 3 Posted June 3 So after 5 innings, Jack has allowed no runs, walked 1, K’d 6 and thrown 90 pitches. Now Brad Ausmus would just leave him in to “build his confidence“ or something like that and the result would be disaster. I’m hoping here that Hinch is not Brad Ausmus. Quote
Crazy Cat Gentleman Posted June 3 Posted June 3 (edited) Vierling with a sac fly. the run is nice, but that's not how you hit for the cycle. Edited June 3 by Crazy Cat Gentleman Quote

IdahoBert Posted June 3 Posted June 3 Flaherty back out there for the sixth inning… he promptly walks Diaz on four pitches. Thanks, Brad… 1 Quote
IdahoBert Posted June 3 Posted June 3 Now it’s De Jesus… Hinch was channeling his inner Brad Ausmus there and they were both catchers so maybe that’s just something they do Quote
Crazy Cat Gentleman Posted June 3 Posted June 3 Riley! bottom of the foul pole, but it still counts! Quote

monkeytargets39 Posted June 3 Posted June 3 SEYMOUR! THE SCOREBOARD IS ON FIRE!!!! No mother, it’s just the northern lights 1 Quote
IdahoBert Posted June 3 Posted June 3 Nice going Riley. It would be nice to see his home run swing return, and I don’t mean constantly going for a moonshot on the golf course, but just hitting the ball over the fence a little more. Quote
