Any foul that would normally result in one, two, or three free throws will be replaced by a single free throw attempt. That attempt will be worth the same amount of points as the free throws it replaced. So if you get fouled on a 3PT shot and are awarded 3 free throws, you only shoot one. A better answer would be to stop calling so many fouls when guys are just baiting and the offense is initiating the contact. 1 Quote
