  1. Past hour
  2. OBVIOUSLY this is gonna got against Detroit.
  3. April and May showers bring October playoff games. —- Casimir 3:16
  4. Yes, get some movement. Start on side of the key and open things up on that side. Could they run screens for Cunningham to run through off ball like with Rip Hamilton? The one out of bounds play last night that was correctly changed from a 3 to a 2, Cunningham kind of improvised there, but it gave the opponent another look. Maybe it doesn’t always have to be Cunningham on the receiving end, maybe it’s another shooter and/or Thompson/Duren come off from screening as cutters? In one of the timeouts, Bickerstaff was imploring to play defense and break when possible. But creating more movement in the offense should help create that bit of chaos in a half court game.
  5. Sigh. They already scored their runs today. Now what?
  6. Duren has mobility, he has improved every season. He’s 70% at the line. Is there something in there to where he should be able to pick up a bit of a mid range game? Did the Pistons pull the plug too quickly on Stewart at the arc? Now, look, he hit two last night, small sample size. His form looked fine. It seemed like they talked about it once and it was short lived. Was it too short lived?
  7. Detroit vs. Everyone I guess... My word.
  8. There must be another angle we haven't seen.
  9. Wenceel will totally be called out because the Tigers can't buy a break.
  10. He definitely looked safe, but camera angles are tricky and the views I saw all had the glove partly hidden. I think the intention of the replay is to overturn calls which are so obvious that there is zero doubt. This was close to 0 but not 0.
  11. Is it really too much to ask that outfield walls be designed so you don't need a review to determine whether or not a ball left the park?
  12. If Keith hit that, it wouldn’t be a HR
  13. Meadows would have had that. Vierling too.
  14. As a former 1B, I am always protective of 1B's including Torkelson, but I agree it doesn't matter for a fan how they get rid of somebody who doesn't contribute.
  15. I know it's not true but good lord it seems like Detroit teams always get jobbed on calls, reviews and non calls.......
  16. No team should ever count on non-lottery 1st rounders on their team for at least 3 years and even if they make it at all. The lack of picks won’t have any impact on their team for a few years at least. The Wild took a big step forward this year. They will have another shot at it next year. If things don’t turn out how they want, they will be able to trade Hughes at the deadline for a big haul. Honestly; I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a playoff with two teams that look so dominant. It’s like nobody else has a chance. Can’t fault Minnesota for losing to that wagon. (Watch both lose in the conference finals now that I said that 😆)
  17. The umps on this crew are terrible.
  18. He’s pretty clearly safe. Not sure wtf is happening
  19. At least if Gage plays first he won’t have to make that many throws
