I don't know what people mean by "negotiations" or "peace talks". Here is Ukraine's position: (a) GTFO (b) take all your derelict/destroyed equipment with you (c) pay for the damage and compensate the families of the victims I don't know why people think that the Ukrainians should soften their position on any of these or, especially, take advice from anyone else.
