How many states (outside of Michigan) still charge deposits on Bottles (or cans). Yes 50 something years ago we could walk down our country roads and find enough bottles to buy a candy bar or another soft drink. And most of those stores were owned locally. That's not the case today (mostly). These people need to join the 21st Century.

Just an aside, if you haven't watched the movie version of 1776, filmed over 50 years ago, it does a good job documenting the arguments for the era. The song Molasses to Slaves is still a powerful message and argument that the northern colonies and later states were just as guilty in the slave trade as the southern states.
