We could easily send them Rogers (a vet for them, one year commitment, a mentor for young Will Smith). Rushing is a LH'ed bat that has played both Catcher and 1B. He'll get some playing time even if Dingler catches 120-140 games. If there's two more pieces, I want their high-end LH'ed pitching prospect Jackson Ferris. Since Glasnow's name has been bandied about... Now I want him. As our closer. I think Sheehan is on the verge of becoming a beast starter. So I will counter with Emmett Sheehan, Tyler Glasnow, Dalton Rushing, Zyhir Hope, Jackson Ferris and $4.4 Mill International Signing Bonus Pool money for: Skubal and Eduardo Valencia.

PS: One more thing I want from the Dodgers if they do indeed trade for Skubal: Their International signing bonus pool. I believe our cap that we can trade for is 60% of our own existing pool. I believe we have a pool of $7.357 mill, so $4.4 mill from the Dodgers. I want that included.

That's why he's only a throw-in and nothing more. I attach little to no value to him. However... If he is a toss-in.. I wanna try him as a LH'ed shut down reliever. Which is useful in our division. Maybe 1-inning stints will keep him off the disabled lists...?

Just posting those rumors as they come down the pipeline. I would really like Sheehan. I think he could be dominate. And would be a worthy replacement for Skubal (after Fetter gets his mitts on him...).
