I noticed something with the British rock group Wolf Alice. Lead singer is a very attractive female and she's quite good at the singing but the production of the tracks is such that you can barely understand the lyrics due to them having too much other stuff layered on top. They have some live stuff on youtube in which her vocals are much more front and center and its better than the album tracks.
