While sitting around the house this weekend...watched "Inherit the Wind" which is chock full of great quotes about fear and ignorance. Too many to number here.

Upon further review...this may have a non-interesting cause as all NASA fires data has. The proximity to a naval facility is of interest. The actual fire is right on the rail line and right by something called the "museum of the cement industry" which clearly might be an attempt to knock out a critical industry :--).

And by "hitting that" i do not mean sexually.

NASA FIRES website is hard to read. If what I'm seeing is UAV or partisan activity or just a fire... Novorossiysk is one of their non Crimea naval bases. It would be interesting if Ukraine was hitting that.

So, not to get all shoe-slammy-on the table but I do think we need to make clear to Vladdy that anything involving killing a US politician would be beyond a thick red line. We are funding a proxy war that has significantly diminished his regime at this point. Not sure exactly how to draw that red line at this point.

This is astonishing. The USN has excellent damage control because of its 250+ year tradition. The PLA Navy apparently does not. You can almost imagine how bad things are below the deck if the deck is this bad. The PLA Navy is a bunch of technocrats who apparently don't understand shipbuilding or ship maintenance on this scale.
